All recurring services have set monthly prices for the year. Project-based services will be charged per project which is determined at the beginning of the engagement. You won’t be charged surprise hourly fees because guess what, we don’t track our hours like typical firms!

Recurring services are set up as auto ACH for the 1st of the month at the beginning of your engagement. Project-based services require a deposit and will be billed in milestones or upon completion.

At the beginning of your engagement, a set schedule will be set up for weekly or biweekly services so you know when to provide and receive communication. Monthly accounts will be worked on in the weeks following the end of the month.

We do not prepare tax returns, however, we will manage the tax return process for you and either use a partner firm to prepare your returns or work with your existing tax accountant to make the process as seamless as possible.

We do not run payroll however, we have multiple payroll/HR support contacts that can run payroll for you or we can help you set it up to run yourself.

We use Quickbooks Online for all clients. We can migrate your system over or do a fresh setup for you. We can also access other CRM/project management-based software that integrates with QBO.

While we are based on the East Coast, we will service businesses anywhere in the United States!
