At my core, I believe everything can be simplified—and that there’s a solution to every problem when you have the right team around you. I love helping our clients and our own team find clarity in the chaos, connect the dots, and build systems that actually make life easier. Growth doesn’t have to be messy—it just needs structure, empathy, and a little creativity.

 

I graduated top of my class from Villanova University with a focus on Leadership, and that lens shapes everything I do—from strategic planning to client experience to how we show up for one another as a team.

 

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me knee-deep in a home renovation project or hanging out with my daughter, who’s the reason behind everything I do. Life at home also includes my favorite little dog, two amazing cats, and a lot of coffee—specifically, a hot Americano with half & half as often as I can get one.

 

My favorite read is Maus by Art Spiegelman, and my hidden talent? I can name every NFL team from memory. One day, I’ll be doing it from a beach in Greece—my dream trip since forever.
